    Great video. Do you have any more exercises that can be paired? I just turned 50 years old and until recently was doing heavy strength training, which usually took about 2 hours. I need to lose about 30lbs and am looking to reduce the amount of time I spend on my workouts. This video has given me a great start and I hope you’ll be doing more of them.
