Discover Safe and Natural Options to Boost Your Heart Health and Promote Healthy Arteries!

Heart

If you are over the age of 50, you may have seriously clogged arteries as a result of poor diet, genetics or a lack of adequate vitamin and mineral supplementation. That means all 75,000 miles of your arteries, veins and capillaries may be full of plaque that can cause a blockage.

But new research indicates that two key nutrients can help you combat the causes of heart problems, toxic build-up and decreasing energy levels.

As a medical professional, I agree with modern science that consuming a high-fat diet can lead to heart disease, but new evidence has surfaced to explain the process.

Research from the University of Cincinnati1 examined high-fat diets and the effect they can have on the adipose — or fatty — tissue surrounding the coronary arteries. Neil Weintraub, M.D. and colleagues found that the fat cells were highly inflamed, which suggests that the blood vessels could become inflamed. This is one of the first indicators of clogged arteries, or atherosclerosis.

Another startling discovery showed that rats on a high-fat diet for only two weeks already showed the effects of inflammation in the tissue around the arteries! “These new findings suggest a direct link between poor dietary habits and inflammation of blood vessels, mediated by the fat cells surrounding the blood vessel wall,” said lead author Weintraub.

In order to maintain healthy blood vessels and help reverse the effects of a high-fat diet, I suggest oral chelation with the amino acid ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid — or EDTA.

Indeed, EDTA chelation is very controversial — especially when discussed as an alternative to expensive heart surgery. The truth is, most doctors are inexperienced when it comes to chelation and don’t understand how it really works.

There are a few thousand doctors in the United States who perform intravenous (IV) chelation in their offices, but the vast majority of doctors have not witnessed the impressive results of EDTA for themselves.

Like nearly every other area of medicine, you will find articles “for” and “against” chelation. It is interesting how medicine is presented to the public — through the eyes and interests of the controlling parties who stand to profit the most.

Keep in mind, doctors and surgeons who continue to gain huge profits by performing angiograms… placing stents… performing balloon angioplasties… and cracking the chest open… do not want to read glowing reviews about this therapy!

And, heart drug-related pharmaceutical companies would love to see chelation proven ineffective — to keep their competition down!

However, clinical and scientific studies show that the nutrient EDTA is effective at helping eliminate plaque from the arteries.

Here’s how it works: EDTA binds to the calcium deposits stuck to your vessel walls and carries them to the kidneys. Then those plaque deposits are safely dumped out of your body with the urine. This process opens up your small vessels and blood can flow freely throughout your body.

What’s more, by increasing the circulation of your life-giving blood, EDTA can help:

  • Promote healthy blood pressure
  • Reduce chest pain
  • Reduce swelling in your legs and ankles
  • Maintain good HDL cholesterol levels
  • Promote healthy kidney function
  • And more!

Linus Pauling, Ph.D., two-time Nobel Prize-winning scientist stated,2 “Published research and extensive clinical experience showed that EDTA helps reduce and prevent arteriosclerotic plaques, thus improving blood flow to the heart and other organs. The scientific evidence indicates that a course of EDTA chelation might eliminate the need for bypass surgery.”

The evidence speaks for itself — the benefits of chelation are remarkable. In fact, if you suffer from age-related memory loss… poor vision… constant colds and flu… cold hands and feet… and more… then EDTA chelation can help reduce those symptoms, too!

Another amazing active ingredient for boosting your heart health, promoting healthy arteries and increasing your energy is malic acid. This nutrient plays a critical role in energy production and as a detoxifying agent. This is in addition to its use as a flavoring agent in some foods, and in the aging process of wine.

You might also know that malic acid is added to some skin care products to help restore a youthful appearance to aging skin, and that it is used in dental offices to clean and to get the surface of a tooth ready to be filled.

So where can this beneficial acid be found? Malic acid is in a wide variety of unripe fruit, including apples, cherries, tomatoes and plums, and it is also formed in the cells of animals — including humans. A large amount of malic acid is produced and broken down in the human body every day, and a deficiency of this acid is thought to be a major cause of physical exhaustion!3

Because of the evidence that it is essential for energy production, malic acid supplements have been studied for their use in treating fibromyalgia and chronic pain.

In a clinical study reported in the Journal of Nutritional Medicine,315 patients taking 200 to 2,400 mg of malic acid with 300 to 600 mg of magnesium for four to eight weeks reported that their muscular pain was much less — within 48 hours of taking the supplement. And this welcome pain relief continued to increase over the test period!

Plus, since chronic fatigue syndrome is associated with fibromyalgia, doctors and researchers hope that malic acid supplements can help boost energy levels for those suffering from this condition, as well.

But let’s not forget about the detoxifying properties of malic acid that I mentioned earlier — this natural acid is known to help remove dangerous toxic metals from your blood.

As a matter of fact, malic acid is the most potent detoxifier of aluminum — a metal that research has shown can cause memory loss, brain decay and even unexplainable fatigue.4 And this powerful acid is especially good at decreasing aluminum toxicity in your brain — helping to prevent damage to your delicate brain cells.

The brains of patients with Alzheimer’s have been found to contain unusually high levels of aluminum.4 In the past, it was believed that victims of the disease had digested or absorbed large amounts of aluminum in their lives.

However, it is now thought that how well our bodies can detoxify and get rid of the metal is much more important than the amount of aluminum consumed.

In patients who took a malic acid supplement, the amount of aluminum discharged from their bodies in urine and feces increased dramatically — and traces of aluminum in their organs and tissues were significantly lessened!

That’s why I recommend that you use malic acid and EDTA to boost your health and help rid your body of dangerous toxins. These two nutrients may be the safest and most effective way to help flush out dangerous plaque from your arteries… boost healthy blood flow… and help keep your health on the right track!

  1. William Thomas Kitchen Says:

Interesting article, but where do you get the 2 supplements?

  2. Paul Kreager Says:

Dr. Cutler appears to be out of date about EDTA removing plaque. According to the latest info from Dr. Garry Gordon (THE recognized chelation expert, EDTA does not remove plaque in all people - in fact EDTA may worsen plaque in some. His latest reasoning why EDTA works is that it removes lead from the body which, in turn, improves the nitric oxide available which, in turn, allows blood vessels to relax which, in turn, allow better blood flow. Even Dr. Gordon admits that his teachings of 30 or so years ago about EDTA removing plaque were wrong.

  3. G Beals Says:

What was the specific composition of the fats used in the University of Cincinnati research?

  4. Matt Maddox Says:

I have read that if taking EDTA that you could also be depleating other nutrients along with plaque and heavy metals. So it was not recommended to take supplements whith EDTA.

Fantastic article!!! Just by taking couple of natural nutritional medicine’s one can avoid heart surgery.
My father had to have triple by pass because of plaque.
    I thank you

I find your reports fascinating, educating and most interesting. The older one gets the more conscious he/she becomes to health issues and these reprts shed light to so many health problems and possible natural alternative solutions to conventional medicine

  7. Robert Rubin Says:

I’ve read that EDTA removes not only calcium but other necessary metals such as magnesium and zinc. This very rapid mineral depletion can be dangerous, and there are reported deaths among small children. I’d like to believe, but I need reassurance about these risks.

I’ve read that, taken orally, only about 5% of EDTA survives stomach acid, though one brand claims to have licked this problem. Last, most EDTA is very expensive.

    Please respond to these concerns.

Hi, local wisdom also suggests that, lime or lemon on green tea detoxify the heart and improve general body health. How valid is this assertion. Please comment

  9. Lasare Says:

I have heard of another extremely successful treatment for clogged arteries called Plaque Therapy. It is still an intravneous treatment that requires 30 sessions but has reduced my uncle’s arterial plaque by 40%. I understand it is a soy based product, been used in Switzerland for over a decade.

  10. Greta Says:

According to Enzyme Process Laboratories, EDTA is contraindicated for patients with TB or patients who had tuberculosis in the past. The use of EDTA may cause the chelation of calcium from calcified tubercular lesions, resulting in possible reactivation of the tuberculosis disease process. Is this true? I would like to try EDTA. I had TB in 1988 and took a course of 10 chelation drips in 1995. I have high cholestrol.

  11. Neilson R. Marsh Says:

I had IV Chelation Therapy in 1990. (27×3hrs per session.)I had to travel many miles and cross the Canada/USA border 3 times per week. I can swear by this treatment because I had 10 years reprieve from my problem. I actually walked away from Heart Surgeons after a collapsed Artery caused by angioplasty.
I have never changed my eating habits - tho’ I have been using all the pills prescribed by the Chelation Dr I attended.
In February 2000 I was found to still have buid-up problems in my Arteries and had Bypass Surgery. I decided that from now on I was going to treat myself. I have had MIBI and MRA testing and it was proven that I had some blockage in my groin arteries.
I had an exam postponed by a Heart Surgeon for 4 months,
so I decided I would try the latest Chelation treatment called Kelatox which is a suppossitory method. I had taken a 3 month session last year - so decided to try a one month trial with it again. Two weeks after this I saw the Heart Surgeon and he told me he didn’t need to see me for another year. This I believe to be better than the IV Chelation and it answered my belief that it is better owing to not passing the stomach first. It is better at night before retiring so the body rests for a great number of hours, and boy it shows the very first morning when you place your feet on the floor. Your legs feel like you did as a kid.
I have already placed my order for another months treatment
which I will take in about another month from now.
I can’t believe anyone would be dis-satisfied with this
product whether it be price - quality or any other reason.
Please ensure you maintain your body chemical requirements, after all you are leaching chemicals from your body with this treatment. Don’t be afraid of it - it is
ahead of its time - and great.

It’s a wonderful article and has unmasked the knife wielding sharks. You have given the natural source of malic acid but not EDTA. Also describe the process of oral EDTA chelation therapy. How many normal sessions are necessary for an average sound healthy person of 50 years?
Though not affected with heart ailments yet, can this be recommended as a preventive measure?
