Make It a Beautiful Holiday Season

Beautiful girlIt’s been said that our personalities show our real beauty to the world, but looking the best we can on the outside can certainly add to the overall package. As we age, noticeable changes take place on the face, neck, chest and hands, and we’re at the mercy of many factors such as sun, diet, genetics, lifestyle, harsh weather, and our own bad habits.

Don’t Gamble When It Comes To Your Prostate!

Public bathroom
By the time you are 60 — if you’re a man — there’s a fifty-fifty chance that you’ll be suffering from an enlarged prostate. If you live long enough, your chances climb to 90%.

An enlarged prostate — a condition called benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), is a non-cancerous swelling of the prostate. As your prostate begins to swell, you’ll find that you need to make more frequent trips to the bathroom, your urine stream will be weak, and you’ll have a hard time finishing what you started… if you know what I mean.

Of course, annoying bathroom urges are only part of the problem. An enlarged prostate can also interfere with your sex life and your overall quality of life. Often an enlarged prostate is a symptom of a hormone imbalance that could be having a more significant impact on your health than you realize.

Most doctors take a wait-and-see approach to an enlarged prostate. They figure if it doesn’t grow too fast and the symptoms don’t become too severe, then it’s something you can live with. If the symptoms become unmanageable, then the next option is surgery.

Finally, The First Step Toward Agelessness Is Here!

Feel Younger
Imagine living to be over 100 years old while maintaining all the strength and vitality you had when you were in your 30s. Leading a rich, active life, enjoying new hobbies and pursuits, playing outdoors with your great-grandchildren . . . all without having to worry about age-related conditions like heart disease, chronic illness, fading mental powers, impotence, eyesight and hearing loss, low energy, weak, inflexible muscles and joint pain.

Now imagine being able to do this without taking a lot of dangerous prescription drugs, undergoing complicated surgery, or making repeated trips to the hospital.

Today, I’ll tell you why this is no longer a distant possibility. It’s becoming reality, and you and I can play a role. Science has cracked the code of aging. You’ll soon be able to use this science to enjoy the power of youth no matter what your age with a simple, completely safe, natural treatment — in a single tablet.

This cutting-edge anti-aging supplement is called TA-65.

To explain how it works, I’m going to tell you some of what we’ve learned over the past 20 years about why people get old in the first place. I’ll also explain the difference between “anti-aging” and life extension. They’re not the same thing. Anti-aging isn’t about just adding years to your life. It’s about preserving your youth.

Not Your Grandma’s Anti-Aging Secrets

Young lady from the '40sBeauty regimens have come a long way in the past 50 years. Just ask Annette Tucker of Los Angeles who is Aging Backwards at 75 years young! Tucker, a very successful songwriter with such hits as I Had Too Much To Dream (Last Night) made famous by the Electric Prunes in the 1960s, still keeps her glamorous, show-biz looks — but her routine is quite different than it was back then.

Alzheimer’s: The Scary Statistics

Puzzle
When it comes to dealing with your aging brain, you may be sitting on a time bomb. Why? Because 100 years after its discovery, Alzheimer’s cases are set to soar.1

I recently had the opportunity to discuss this emerging problem with Columbia University Professor, Yaakov Stern, Ph.D.

Dr. Stern’s group has discovered an anatomical brain network that helps prevent and slow Alzheimer’s.2 In the remainder of this article, I’ll share with you information about why it’s so critical for you to know about his discovery, and, more importantly, what you can do to activate this network and thus do everything possible to save your brain.

The Fountain of Youth is Made of Iron

Couple at the gym
Aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, bike riding and such) has long been the darling of the wellness folks. For years, these people wouldn’t consider lifting weights. They somehow thought they’d morph into a bodybuilding freak if they so much as touched a dumbbell.

As if…

They also didn’t think that muscle mass and strength had much to do with health. More and more evidence shows the error in that way of thinking. A recent long-term study reported in the British Medical Journal adds to this body of evidence.1

Why Stem Cell Research May Be Irrelevant

Thinking processI have great news to share!

Creating new brain cells was previously thought to be impossible in humans, but not any more. And you don’t need to have an injection of stem cells into your brain to do it, either.

As you may know, stem cells are your body’s basic building blocks, used for repair and growth. And when it comes to your brain, stem cells turn into new neurons or brain cells. These brainy stem cells then produce a chemical that protects other brain cells, even damaged ones, from deteriorating.

Getting High on Giving Back

Getting high on giving backKindness is always fashionable.” Those are the words of 19th Century novelist Amelia Barr, author of the classic, Remember the Alamo. Volunteering and giving feels terrific. In fact, studies have shown that one’s health can improve when actively and personally engaged in helping others, producing a sense of euphoria called the “helper’s high.”

Five Tips For Aging Backwards

Fight AgingGetting older may be beyond our control, but how we age is not. I, personally, am Aging Backwards. I’m not a doctor, scientist or celebrity and I don’t have unlimited cash flow, but I am almost 50 years old and I still get asked for ID to buy wine. Just a few months ago, I was even mistaken for my 17-year-old son’s girlfriend!

Live Longer or Live Better? Why Not Do Both?

Happy CoupleSome people think age management medicine strives to help people live longer. But who wants to add years to their life if those years are spent being feeble and infirm in a nursing home?

Quality of life matters. In age management circles, it’s called squaring the curve.

It works like this. Imagine graphing vitality over time. Vitality is on the vertical axis. A high level represents vibrant health and vitality. Zero means death. The horizontal axis represents time — the longer a person lives, the further out their graph extends.
