How to Fight Aging and Stay Young

If you want to look and feel young, it is essential to have an anti-aging strategy. I’m not talking about harsh facelifts or exotic drug cocktails. Exciting research has revealed natural and effective ways to stay physically active, mentally sharp and younger looking well into your golden years. Here, I will review my top strategies to fight aging in every aspect of your life, from the food you eat to the ingredients that may help keep you young.1
Highlights from the International Anti-Aging Show

I was fortunate to be one of the keynote speakers at the International Anti-Aging Show in Toronto, Canada held April 3-5. Aside from being a wonderful professional experience, I learned about some amazing new anti-aging products that you’re sure to be interested in. Join me while I take you on a wrap-up of the show.
New Study: Vitamins Alter Aging

The next time you hear some nay-saying doctor claiming that there is no evidence that vitamins actually do anything, show him this:
A new study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that multivitamins can keep you younger, longer. It shows that people who take a daily multivitamin had younger DNA.
The study found that those who took a multivitamin daily had 5.1% longer telomeres than non-users.1
Telomeres are the key to aging. And it’s not just your life span that’s affected… Short telomeres dramatically boost your risk of serious diseases. One study of 60- to 75-year-olds showed those with short telomeres had a 300% higher death rate from heart disease and an 800% higher death rate from infectious diseases.2
In case you haven’t been following our story on the amazing advances in telomere biology, telomeres are part of your DNA. They can be found in every cell in your body, and are critical to youthful cell function. But as your cells divide, your telomeres get shorter… and the shorter your telomeres, the older your cells behave. (See my article in the October 14 issue of THB.)
Make Sure You Take the Best Form of This Vital Anti-Aging Nutrient

Every cell in your body depends on it for powerful antioxidant defense and energy. Hard-working organs like your heart, kidneys, and lungs depend on it to function properly. Unfortunately, as you age, your levels of it decrease and your body doesn’t get as much as it needs to maintain optimal health and vitality.
I am talking about CoQ10, one of the most powerful anti-aging nutrients your body uses. Supplementing your body’s reserves is critical for your health.
But when it comes to getting the best possible benefits from CoQ10, it’s not how much you take that matters, it’s how much that’s actually absorbed.
Ordinarily CoQ10 comes in the form of ubiquinone. Some doctors know that it has many health benefits. What they don’t always know is that in order for your body to be able to use and absorb the ubiquinone CoQ10, it first has to reduce it to its metabolite form of ubiquinol.
In fact, the best way to consume it is in the ready-to-use ubiquinol form. It used to be difficult to put ubiquinol into supplement form, but that is no longer true.
Anti-Aging Smoothie
This smoothie has it all: potent cell-protecting antioxidants from the blueberries and acai; probiotics from the kefir, and high-quality protein and vitamin C from the HealthFX Whey Advanced. While you might think vitamin C is one of the easiest nutrients to get in your diet, a USDA study showed up to 23% of Americans aren’t getting enough.1 This tasty treat provides a hefty 1670% of your daily requirement.

Make It a Beautiful Holiday Season
It’s been said that our personalities show our real beauty to the world, but looking the best we can on the outside can certainly add to the overall package. As we age, noticeable changes take place on the face, neck, chest and hands, and we’re at the mercy of many factors such as sun, diet, genetics, lifestyle, harsh weather, and our own bad habits.
Finally, The First Step Toward Agelessness Is Here!

Imagine living to be over 100 years old while maintaining all the strength and vitality you had when you were in your 30s. Leading a rich, active life, enjoying new hobbies and pursuits, playing outdoors with your great-grandchildren . . . all without having to worry about age-related conditions like heart disease, chronic illness, fading mental powers, impotence, eyesight and hearing loss, low energy, weak, inflexible muscles and joint pain.
Now imagine being able to do this without taking a lot of dangerous prescription drugs, undergoing complicated surgery, or making repeated trips to the hospital.
Today, I’ll tell you why this is no longer a distant possibility. It’s becoming reality, and you and I can play a role. Science has cracked the code of aging. You’ll soon be able to use this science to enjoy the power of youth no matter what your age with a simple, completely safe, natural treatment — in a single tablet.
This cutting-edge anti-aging supplement is called TA-65.
To explain how it works, I’m going to tell you some of what we’ve learned over the past 20 years about why people get old in the first place. I’ll also explain the difference between “anti-aging” and life extension. They’re not the same thing. Anti-aging isn’t about just adding years to your life. It’s about preserving your youth.
Not Your Grandma’s Anti-Aging Secrets
Beauty regimens have come a long way in the past 50 years. Just ask Annette Tucker of Los Angeles who is Aging Backwards at 75 years young! Tucker, a very successful songwriter with such hits as I Had Too Much To Dream (Last Night) made famous by the Electric Prunes in the 1960s, still keeps her glamorous, show-biz looks — but her routine is quite different than it was back then.
The Fountain of Youth is Made of Iron

Aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, bike riding and such) has long been the darling of the wellness folks. For years, these people wouldn’t consider lifting weights. They somehow thought they’d morph into a bodybuilding freak if they so much as touched a dumbbell.
As if…
They also didn’t think that muscle mass and strength had much to do with health. More and more evidence shows the error in that way of thinking. A recent long-term study reported in the British Medical Journal adds to this body of evidence.1
Five Tips For Aging Backwards
Getting older may be beyond our control, but how we age is not. I, personally, am Aging Backwards. I’m not a doctor, scientist or celebrity and I don’t have unlimited cash flow, but I am almost 50 years old and I still get asked for ID to buy wine. Just a few months ago, I was even mistaken for my 17-year-old son’s girlfriend!
