Chicken Paprika with Peas
I love the traditional Hungarian dish called Chicken Paprikash. It is made by adding sour cream to the broth that is created from roasting a chicken and typically that gravy is poured over your chicken (cut up) and homemade dumplings. It is delicious, but depending on how many dumplings you eat, it can be very high carb, and it contains wheat and dairy.
Wheat-Free Dairy-Free Green Bean Casserole
I love it when the dietitians at LMI can take an old classic and make it just as good in a low allergen diet form. This recipe does that for one of my all time favorites, green bean casserole. As a bonus, you are getting two recipes in one. Use the first part of the recipe to make wheat-free onion rings as a delicious occasional side dish. They are really good on their own and simple to make.

A Healthier Diet…Minus the Wheat and Dairy
The diet guidelines we use at LaValle Metabolic Institute exclude any food that contains cow’s milk or wheat. This surprises many people because they’ve been trained by good advertising and marketing to think that cow’s milk dairy products and whole-wheat products are the only way to get calcium and fiber. While these staple foods can be nutritious, they can tear down your health if you have developed a sensitivity to them.
